Eastcape Midlands TVET College, commonly referred to as EMC, stands as one of the leading TVET institutions in the Eastern Cape Province.
The college operates across nine campuses, strategically located to serve various communities. Five campuses are in Kariega (formerly Uitenhage), where the administrative head office is based. Additional campuses are situated in Graaff-Reinet, Port Elizabeth (Heath Park), and Grahamstown.
Each campus specializes in specific programmes to cater to diverse academic and training needs. High Street and Thanduxolo campuses in Kariega focus on Business Studies, while Park Avenue Campus specializes in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, and Computer Science. Charles Goodyear Campus offers training in Mechanical Engineering and various skills programmes, while Brickfields Road Campus is dedicated to learnerships, apprenticeships, and skills development initiatives.
