African Leadership Academy provides a two-year residential program designed for teenagers, known as the ALA Diploma Program.
This pan-African institution empowers students with the essential skills and mindset needed for transformative leadership. The curriculum extends beyond traditional academic learning, emphasizing critical thinking, entrepreneurial leadership, and cross-cultural understanding.
The academy is dedicated to developing well-rounded individuals who are prepared to succeed in an increasingly complex global landscape.
Since its inception in September 2008, over 1,500 young leaders from 46 different African countries have graduated from ALA, furthering the academy’s mission to cultivate future change-makers.
