Nile Vocational Institute (NVI) is a private vocational institution situated in Buikwe District. It was founded in 1988 through a collaboration between the African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE), a Ugandan NGO, and Kindernothilfe (KNH), a German child care organization dedicated to supporting children in need.
NVI is registered with the Ministry of Education and Sports under registration number PTS/N/40, and operates as a recognized technical institution.
Additionally, it is accredited by the National Council for Higher Education and the Engineering, Construction & Industry Training Board, ensuring compliance with both national and international standards.
