ORBIT College is one of three public TVET Colleges in the North West Province, playing a vital role in addressing the skills development needs of South Africa. Public TVET Colleges are tasked with increasing enrollment and training in key and critical skill areas, positioning them at the heart of South Africa’s artisan development efforts.
The college’s mission is to empower unemployed individuals, particularly youth who are not engaged in education, employment, or training (NEETs), by providing them with the essential skills to break free from poverty and combat the economic challenges of unemployment.
Public TVET Colleges focus on tackling South Africa’s skills gaps by offering relevant, practical, and responsive vocational and occupational programs.
ORBIT College operates from its Central Office in Rustenburg, with three campuses: Rustenburg Campus, Brits Campus, and Mankwe Campus.
