Established in 1931, Uganda Technical College (UTC Elgon) began as a Technical School and Artisan Training Centre. Over time, it evolved into a Tertiary Institution, expanding its offerings to include diploma courses in various engineering disciplines alongside craft-level programs. The college has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality diploma training and aim to become a Center of Excellence specializing in construction trades.
